You will use the same QR code to assign a locker as well.
After registration, you need to activate your account during your first visit:
Scan the received registration QR code at the kiosk,
pay a one-time activation fee of €5,
the system will take your photo and print your membership card.
Only after completing these steps will your account be active, and you will be able to purchase passes.
• Time-based memberships: 1 entry per day
• Entry-based memberships: according to the client’s needs
The limitation for time-based memberships protects capacity and ensures fair use of the services.
The maximum length of one visit is 180 minutes. If you exceed this limit, the system will let you exit, but during your next visit it will request payment of a single-entry fee.
It’s counted by calendar day.
If you work out on Monday evening, you can come again on Tuesday morning.
The system has a protection zone — if you leave the gym area shortly after entering (within 10 minutes), the turnstile will let you back in without blocking your daily entry. Otherwise, you need to contact technical support.
Main hours: 05:00 – 22:00
Outside main hours: 22:00 – 05:00
If you enter at 21:59, you may leave after 22:00 without an extra charge. The surcharge applies only to entry, not exit.
You have two options:
A membership with 24/7 access
If you only train late occasionally – a regular membership plus a discounted night-entry add-on.

Palace Gym operates in an automated mode, where for your entry, locker access, payments, and safety we need:
– First and last name / address of residence
– Date of birth (necessary for identification and insurance purposes)
– Phone number (for SMS notifications in case of technical issues)
– E-mail (for QR code, invoice, and communication)
Your data is processed according to GDPR and not shared with third parties.
Yes, all PALACE GYM areas are air-conditioned and controlled by the ventilation system (HVAC).
The temperature is monitored by sensors in real time.
For any technical problem, we offer 24/7 online support and 24/7 technical standby.
The phone number is visibly displayed in several places in the gym.
For simple issues, you can also ask the trainers directly in the gym — they can report the issue immediately and speed up the process.
We resolve malfunctions promptly to maintain comfort and safety.
Above the tablet in the locker room you’ll find a contact phone number — just call it.
Support will remotely open your locker immediately.
